This is a difficult time for all of us, and we want you to know how much we appreciate your patience as we all work together to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus outbreak.  We also want you to know that our goal at Somerset Savings is to provide the highest level of service and support that we can.  We know this current situation is not only impacting your everyday lives, it's also putting financial strain on many of our customers.  Some of this strain is immediate, and some will likely continue into the future.  We are committed to being there with you during this challenging time.

We are still fully operational and able to fulfill all of your banking needs—just in a different way at this time.  It’s important for us to not only keep our employees and customers safe, but also the communities we serve and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We have limited access to our branch offices.  We have also temporarily adjusted the hours of operation for our branch offices.

In line with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention we have implemented social distancing best practices. We have temporarily eliminated lobby service at all branch offices and are utilizing only drive-up service.  Our Manville Office, which does not have a drive-up is temporarily closed; however, Manville Office customers may use the drive-up at any of our other offices. You continue to have access to all of our ATMs, including the one at our Manville Office.  

We have temporarily adjusted our branch office hours as follows:

Monday-Thursday  9:00 am-4:00 pm

Friday                   9:00 am-5:00 pm

Saturday               8:30 am-12:00 noon

These changes to our normal operations will continue until further notice. 

 

You can continue to access your accounts from home.

 

As always, you continue to have 24/7 access to your accounts using our Online Banking or Somerset Mobile Banking app.  If you need to deposit a paper check, you can use Mobile Deposit and skip a trip to the branch.  You can also get account information using our Bank-By-Phone service by calling 1-800-420-1220.

If you have specialized needs or require access to safe deposit boxes, you may make an appointment to visit a branch. You may do so by calling your local branch office or by calling us at 732-560-1700.

Our Loan Division will continue to process loan applications and loan payments.  In addition, we may be able to provide assistance under the Somerset Savings Bank Debt Relief Program.

We are not currently experiencing any interruptions in our ability to process your loan application or loan payments.
